Let me start by saying considering our circumstances I think it’s highly unlikely if me and my fiancée worked with anybody BUT Maggie I’m 100% positive we wouldn’t be sitting in our beautiful new home right now. With how quick houses are going right now I have friends who have been looking over a year. From the time we contacted Maggie to close it was probably 3 months. Our financial history was a bit rough but she found us a lender who could work with us and took it from there. She was very knowledgeable in the market and made sure we got a home with excellent potential for increase in value, always answered all of our questions concerning prices versus value etc and even the structure of the homes. She was responsive and beyond helpful every step of the way and o can’t stress enough she made this happen when we had been told no already more than once. Beyond grateful for her!
